Can i use Waitly for free?
Yes, of course! You can waitlist up to 100 guest parties each month on the free plan.
What if i exceed my Free or paid plan limits?
You’ll still be able to access your waitlist, and even add additional guests to the waitlist, however the text message features will be disable until he next month, unless you upgrade of course.
Do you offer contracts for enterprise customers?
Yes we do. Email support and we’ll get the ball rolling.
How do i cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed through our website, then you can cancel anytime from the subscription details screen under the profile menu.
If you subscribed through Apple in App subscriptions, you can cancel by visiting your Apple subscriptions page on your device.
What happens if i upgrade / downgrade mid-period?
Our system will prorate the balance automatically and apply any difference to the next month.
